Social Services (Clinical Resource Management) 

The professional nurses and social workers who staff the hospital's Clinical Resource Management Department assess patients and work with hospital staff to coordinate their care from pre-admission through hospitalization to discharge. They serve as a link between hospital staff and departments and to outside agencies and facilities making referrals when appropriate and providing individualized attention to insure that each patient's unique needs are met - including those for spiritual and pastoral care.
