
When it comes to oral steroids, we often feel that Turinabol or TBOL, doesn’t get its due.
On the internet, often there’s so much talk about Anavar being the friendliest steroid and Anadrol being the best bulking compound.
Very few people ever mention running a TBol cycle.
That’s quite surprising, considering that it is a very well tolerated compound that was a large part of the East German doping machine that dominated the Olympics for over two decades.
For the uninitiated, Turinabol is a hybrid between Methandrostenolone (Dianabol) and Clostebol, two anabolic androgenic compounds that results in a compound with very unique traits.
Most users who prefer not to use Dianabol because of its extreme aromatization and high risk of androgenic side effects can consider Turinabol instead, because it does not aromatize. Nor does it carry a very strong androgenic rating.
Yet, it borrows most of the favorable traits from Dianabol, which make it an excellent choice for both, bulks and cuts.
If you have never used Turinabol before, then here’s what you can expect from your first TBOL cycle.
Increased endurance from Tbol: Week 2 onwards

Within a couple of weeks of starting your TBOL cycle, you will notice an increased ease to your workouts. It becomes easier to recover from brutal, marathon workout sessions.
You are gearing to go for a workout even after your legs are decimated, for example. You can easily train 6-days a week without resting.
Athletes in particular, find this trait highly desirable as it allows them to train unhindered for weeks prior to the competition.
This is normally the first effect of TBOL that kicks in before anything else.
Pumps from Turinabol – Week 2 onwards

By the second week, you’ll start to notice a fullness to your muscles. The pumps begin to last all day even outside of the gym.
This usually just keeps getting better to the point where it can start to get painful and debilitating (for some users).
The painful back and calf pumps, if they do occur, tend to occur towards the end of the 6-7 week cycle anyway. So that shouldn’t stop you from running a cycle of TBOL. Run some taurine with the compound to minimize the painful pumps.
Enjoy the pumps while it lasts.
Strength gains – Week 2 onwards

Along with the improved endurance and faster recovery, TBOL will make your lifts easier. It will not be as dramatic a strength gain, as with Dianabol or with Anadrol mind you.
But you can expect to add at least 20-30 lbs. to your compound lifts by the time you are done with your cycle.
The best part is that if you follow a PCT, continue to eat a tad above maintenance and lift hard, you should be able to retain most of those strength gains until you are ready to run a cycle again.
Vascularity from Tbol – Week 3 onwards

This is where Turinabol stands out on its own as compared to its bigger brother. It adds a certain degree of dryness and vascularity to your muscles. It’s not the water-filled balloon muscles that comes with Dianabol.
By week 2, you should start to notice your veins getting eager to pop out. By week 3 and 4, the vascularity increases a lot.
Nothing crazy like Equipoise or Masteron. But definitely enough for people to notice.
Lean Muscle mass from Turinabol – Week 1 onwards

Turinabol works pretty much like other mass gaining steroids. It increases RBC, boosts nitrogen retention and enhances the rate of protein synthesis which should allow you to gain lean muscle.
The most noticeable difference in Turinabol and Dianabol is the rate at which you gain muscle, water and glycogen.
Dianabol will fill you up within the first three weeks and then plateau off. In the weeks following the cycle, you will lose 75% of the water and glycogen you gain.
TBOL also works in a very similar fashion. But you don’t gain as much water as on Dianabol. The gains are a lot leaner and drier. There will still be a wee bit of water that you will shed. But you will also gain a lot of quality, lean muscle mass.
This is one of the most desirable traits of the compounds. Athletes can run it for weeks without looking inflated. Since it does not make you hoard a lot of water, it also does not skyrocket your blood pressure by a lot.
Turinabol is only available in UG labs by the way. The pharmaceutical giant Schering acquired rights to the drug but never officially restarted production. So if you bought TBOL off an unverified UG lab and you are noticing tons of water in your gains, chances are that you got ripped with DBOL instead.
Turinabol does not cause a lot of bloat.
Mood enhancement from Tbol – Week 1 onwards

This is one of our favorite traits of both Dianabol and Turinabol. It gives you that ‘alpha’ feeling and aggression as you step into the gym.
Makes a whole lot of difference to your workouts. Also keeps your mood pumped throughout the length of your anabolics cycle.
Some people mention that they experience lethargy mid-cycle. It remains inconclusive as to what causes the lethargy.
There are users who attribute it to a stressed liver. But that’s just a guess at best.
Adding TUDCA to your cycle when you are using a 17CAA oral should be mandatory anyway. So, if adding that helps you bypass the lethargy, do it by all means.
The ideal Turinabol cycle length

There’s a lot of debate on the ideal duration to run Turinabol.
We have run it for 5-week short cycles at 80mg/day as well as for 10-week cycles at 50mg/day.
Personally, we’ve gotten the best bang for our buck from short cycles as the gains tend to level out pretty soon after week 5-6.
Also, we’ve noticed that the side effects start to get more difficult to control after week 6.
Some users might find that TBol messes with their blood pressure and nose bleeds start to get more common after week 6 and 7.

I’m 32 years old. i am 125lbs. I eat well i drink well. I dont party or drink. I have not hit 140lbs all my life. I run, i work out at home. I’m a labour so im always moving and working. im very active. i am tired of being small. however im terrified of needles. so those are out of the question. What can i do to increase my mass and test?
125…… how tall are you? that is a scary low body weight you need to start eating dont even think about getting on a cycle.

Yeah dude 125. Dont even think about it. Eat and eat right, be discipline, do your homework! Would be a waste to use anything!
125 lbs at 32 is that even possible? What height are you? Go get some blood drawn.
You may have a Thyroid problem, low T levels or simply under eat in a job that requires Alot of fuel. Long distance running tends to lead to slow twitch muscle groups, while sprinters have fast twitch muscles, excellent for power and body building. So I’d cut out the running and concentrate on weights and eating.
You are approaching the age where gaining muscle naturally is only going to make your dream harder
Like I ve said before I have yet to do T-bol yet and still would have tried some by now but I could never get my hands on it because of supply and demand I heard nothing but good solid gains on it and lean gains also I don’t think with all the literature I had on it I remember it being compared to it like oxandrolone and I’ve heard that too
